Staying active despite limitations
The human musculoskeletal system often reaches its limits over the course of a lifetime. Limitations and pain are particularly noticeable after illness or in old age.
At THZ Fugmann, our physical therapists develop individual treatment plans that restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve quality of life. We work closely with the treating physicians to achieve these goals.
And that means: train, train, train...
Physiotherapy thrives on movement and repetition. That is why we create an individual training plan for each adult that specifically addresses their personal limitations.
These include:
- Posture training and spinal corrections to prevent damage to the musculoskeletal system
- Balance and coordination training for greater safety in everyday life
- Increased endurance, resilience, and muscle strength
- Promotion of mobility and improvement of body awareness
- Harmonization of movement sequences through relaxation techniques and movement-stimulating methods
