Physical therapy as a natural path to healing
Movement is quality of life. But when pain occurs or movement is restricted, everyday life quickly becomes a burden. This is where physiotherapy comes in: it is a natural healing method used in prevention, therapy, and rehabilitation.
The German Association for Physiotherapy describes it as follows:
“Physiotherapy is used in a wide range of areas, including prevention, therapy, and rehabilitation. This makes physiotherapy an alternative or useful supplement to drug therapy or surgical treatment. Exercise therapy is the main focus of physiotherapy. It is a dynamic process that adapts to the increase in resilience during the healing process.”
Who benefits from physical therapy?
Children and adolescents
Children with developmental delays, poor posture, or neurological disorders benefit from early intervention through physical therapy.
adults
After injuries, operations, or in cases of chronic pain, physical therapy helps patients regain mobility and provides lasting relief from discomfort.
senior citizens
In old age, physical therapy helps maintain mobility and independence. It alleviates symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatism, or after strokes.

We can help with ...
Exercise therapy (physiotherapy)
Targeted active, assistive, and passive exercises that improve movement patterns, build muscle strength, and reduce movement barriers. They promote mobility and help to relieve pain and gradually increase resilience.
Manual therapy
Individual treatment of joints, muscles, and fascia to relieve pain, improve mobility, and release blockages. This therapy helps to correct poor posture and restore the body’s natural function.
Physical applications
Supportive measures such as electrotherapy, thermotherapy (e.g., fango or red light) and classic massages. These procedures promote blood circulation, relieve tension, accelerate healing processes, and have a pain-relieving effect.
Prevention and rehabilitation
Prevention of complaints through targeted training programs and support during recovery after surgery, injuries, or prolonged illness. The aim is to ensure long-term mobility and quality of life.
Our goal
We help people of all ages to become more mobile, experience less pain, and lead an active everyday life. Physical therapy helps people maintain their independence and improve their long-term health.
Costs and prescription
Physiotherapy is a treatment recognized by statutory health insurance providers. The costs are covered if a doctor’s prescription is provided. Physiotherapy can also be used preventively.
